Why We’re Building Pathways, Not Just Programs
Let’s be real, too many people are being left behind in tech, not because they’re not smart or driven, but because they’ve never been given a real chance or unaware the opportunities exist. That’s why I started MBS.Tech. I’ve been that girl who was capable but overlooked. I’ve seen what happens when brilliant minds don’t get access to the right tools, the right language, or the right rooms. And I knew I couldn’t just sit on the sidelines. I had to build something that opened the doors.
Tech Training That Feels Like It’s Meant for You
At MBS.Tech, we make cybersecurity make sense for everyday people. Our training programs aren’t just about passing a test. They’re about giving folks the language, skills, and confidence to walk into a new role and own it. We break it all the way down, no fluff, no gatekeeping just access, strategy, and support.
We Start Young on Purpose
Through our Mini-Hackers Camp and youth workshops, we introduce kids especially Black and Brown kids to the world of tech early. We talk about online safety, digital skills, and careers in cybersecurity in ways that are fun, hands-on, and confidence-building. Because the earlier we plant these seeds, the bigger the possibilities.
This Is Bigger Than Us
We’ve already helped secure over $3.2 million in Black tech salaries. We’ve launched high school programs that are changing lives. And we’ve partnered with schools, orgs, and community leaders who believe in our mission. This isn’t just a business—this is a movement.
